Accessible space, and usually accommodating staff.
There is very little parking in the area. What is there is all street parking that costs money. But the train station is only a few blocks from the venue.
Jump The Line?: Disabled fans are let in after VIP and anyone else with early entry.
Stairs?: It is flat to get inside, but then there are stairs to get to all levels of the building, but there is an elevator. There are an additional six more stairs to go down to the main floor. Balcony is accessible by elevator.
Designated ADA Area?: The balcony is the designated ADA area, but if you choose to sit on the floor, staff will usually do their best to accommodate you and get you in a safe place where you can still see. Able-bodied people are allowed in the balcony as well. The view was not bad, but for someone with limited vision it may be harder to see. Sound was also not as good from the balcony.
Seating?: Unsure if available upon request.
Accessible?: Technically accessible, but hard to fit a wheelchair.
“The staff at this venue are extremely accommodating and will do whatever you need to make your experience as easy and fun as possible. It is an older building so some areas are more difficult to maneuver, but staff does a great job helping you out. The elevator is very tiny and can really only fit one person, especially if that person is in a chair. Manual chairs are hard to squeeze in the elevator, power chairs may not be possible.”
Another person added that the staff aren’t consistently friendly, it all depends on who’s working.
