The person who submitted these details added:
“My experience as a wheelchair user at this venue has always been pleasant. Staff has been kind and respectful and do their best to accommodate a person’s individual needs. You can request assistance ahead of time by contacting them on their website or by phone or, you can request assistance when you arrive at the venue, and still be taken care of. While the venue is accessible in most areas, some areas are smaller and may be an issue for people with larger, electric wheelchairs. (I’ve not had an issue with my manual wheelchair.) There are two restrooms located in the venue. One upstairs by the balcony and one on the main floor. However, the main floor is the only accessible restroom, as the upstairs restroom has a step down to access it.”
