Parking & Transportation:

There is a lot on site but it is gravel. If you are unable to navigate the gravel there is a paved lot next door they allow parking in. A staff member will let you walk through the building to the front to get in line. Ask a staff member at the end of the night and they'll find someone to escort you back through after the show so you don't need to go around the building/block.

Bag Policy: Venue website says: "For security reasons, we do not allow backpacks, draw-string bags, and big purses. Small purses and fanny packs are allowed. Upon entering, your bag will be subject to search. This also applies to items such as thermoses, coolers, Lunchmates, etc."
Jump the Line: Unsure if disabled patrons are allowed in first
Reentry Policy: From venue website: "No. There is a strictly enforced no re-entry policy. If you need to have a cigarette, we have a designated smoking section outside the venue."
Stairs: No, it's all flat to get inside and to the show space

There are ramps to get inside and to the main floor. There may be a few steps down to get the the front of the floor. The rest of the venue does not have an elevator.

Balcony Details:

There is a mezzanine. If you get mezzanine seats expect to do a lot of walking up/down stairs. If you are the front of the mezz, ask to be directed to the stairs behind the side stage boxes as those will get you to the front of the mezz with a few less steps.

Restrooms: Yes, there's a single family/accessible/gender neutral restroom

The main floor has a separate large accessible bathroom with 1 sink/toilet.
