Alexandra Palace
25 Blue Badge Holder car parking spaces on site. On certain events, this allocation will be increased and managed by the traffic team. These are all used on a first come first-served basis. They also have 1200 other car parking spaces on-site and on larger events we have free buggies and buses running a service from our car parks to the main entrance.
Ask a traffic marshal when you get to the car park where the pickup points are. The accessible taxi/drop off location is outside the main entrance which the traffic team can direct you too. Please note due to large volumes of people this is not always possible on concerts but the traffic team can advise on arrival. On concerts, the taxi drop off/pickups is located in the East Car Park.
The closest underground station to the Palace with step-free access is Finsbury Park. The W3 bus that stops right outside the venue crosses with other major bus routes in Wood Green and Finsbury Park.
If you are travelling to the venue via a National Rail station, please check the National Rail website or contact the station directly to confirm arrangements as step-free access is not in place as a rule.
Separate line and VIP access for disabled patrons.
Where there are stairs (like for bathrooms) there are other access options. Any elevated platforms are ramp only.
Elevated platform, manned at all times and access patrons are given wristbands, no need to "prove" disability except when booking. Free partner allowed to come with you who would also get a wristband.
