From venue website: Limited Accessible Parking is available in our parking lot adjacent to the building. If possible, please try and make plans to have someone drop you off in front of the theatre if you have difficulty walking more than a few blocks. For specific parking inquiries, please call us at (716) 852-3835 during regular business hours.

Stairs – Other/Details:

The Asbury Hall floor level is wheelchair accessible. There is also an elevator here for easy access to the 9th Ward, Hallwalls Cinema and Box office.

Accessible Seating Area Details

From venue: When ordering tickets, please inform the ticket seller of any special requirements you may have so that appropriate seating may be obtained. Please be aware that Babeville staff members are not permitted to physically move or lift patrons from a wheelchair to a seat. If a patron can move to a seat from a wheelchair, the wheelchair must be stored by a staff member at the rear of the hall to prevent obstructions in the aisle.

Balcony Details:

From venue: If the patron is able to climb stairs we will seat them in pews in the balcony overlooking the stage, otherwise we set up a section on the side of the main floor with folding chairs.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

ASL interpreters hired upon request.

Restrooms – Other/Details:

A washroom is located in the main lobby for the convenience of patrons unable to use stairs to other patron lounges.

Additional Comments:

For artists: stage accessible via ramp, elevator down to the dressing rooms.
No quiet sensory safe space available.
Staff are not trained on accessibility.
