Accessible Seating Area Details

The Vault Theater is an ADA-compliant venue, and we generally offer 4 wheelchair spaces in the house for each performance. However, for most events the entire front row of seating is flexible to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and/or alternative seating. Wheelchair Space tickets are available online, and our front-of-house staff are always happy to make arrangements to accommodate specific accessibility requests.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

The Vault Theater has an assisted listening system with 4 personal headsets available for each performance. The devices can be worn around the neck or held, and the volume is controlled by the user. They are available by request at the check-in podium in the lobby. Bag&Baggage does not currently offer ASL-interpreted performances, but hopes to in future seasons. If you would like to see this service (or an alternative service such as captioned performances) offered on a regular basis, please let us know by contacting the box office at boxoffice@bagnbaggage.org.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
Additional Comments:

Lighting sensitivity warnings are posted outside theater entrance in the lobby. The Backstage area is accessible.
