Assistive Listening Devices (ALD), which operate on the FM system, are complimentary and available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please see a guest experience representative upon arrival to arrange for an ALD. Collateral, such as a driver’s license or credit card, is required to borrow an ALD and will be exchanged at the end of the event.
The Beacon offers sign language interpreters or closed captioning to guests who request an accommodation. Please note, requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
