Three handicapped parking spots are available in the city-owned parking lot directly behind the theater, and one handicapped parking spot can be found in front of the Fountain Square Mall on Kirkwood Ave between College Ave and Walnut St. The closest spots to the theater that are not handicapped-designated are street parking spots on Kirkwood Ave in front of the theater and in the parking lot behind the theater off Fourth St, both metered at $1/hour.

Most of the venue has permanently installed upholstered seating with armrests. Exception is the "pit" - first three rows (U, V, W) are movable chairs and are not used for some shows (area occasionally serves as a dance floor).

Venue website says: Wireless headsets are available for patrons who might need a little assistance hearing what’s happening on the stage. Patrons wearing a hearing aid will be provided with Neckloop Telecoil Coupler, a device that hangs around the neck and connects the amplified sound from the stage to the hearing aid. Those not using hearing aids will be provided with a device that requires earbuds or headphones (Williams Sound Receiver Pack R37). Please feel free to provide your own or use earbuds provided by the theater.
