Several accessible spots in the small lot directly behind the theater and several accessible street parking spots within a couple blocks. Venue website says: A 30-minute delivery parking spot in front of the Buskirk-Chumley Theater can be used for convenient pick-up and drop-off at any time. Three handicapped parking spots are available in the city-owned parking lot directly behind the theater, and one handicapped parking spot can be found in front of the Fountain Square Mall on Kirkwood Ave between College Ave and Walnut St. The closest spots to the theater that are not handicapped-designated are street parking spots on Kirkwood Ave in front of the theater and in the parking lot behind the theater off Fourth St, both metered at $1/hour.

Balcony seating requires stairs (no elevator). Main floor and two single stall restrooms are accessible. Merch and concessions in lobby are accessible without stairs.

Balcony requires stairs (no elevator) and is all seated. Balcony has 1 row of bench seating that does not have armrests, the rest is fixed seating.

Seating-Other/Details:

Most of the venue has permanently installed upholstered seating with armrests. Exception is the "pit" - first three rows (U, V, W) are movable chairs and are not used for some shows (area occasionally serves as a dance floor).

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

Venue website says: Wireless headsets are available for patrons who might need a little assistance hearing what’s happening on the stage. Patrons wearing a hearing aid will be provided with Neckloop Telecoil Coupler, a device that hangs around the neck and connects the amplified sound from the stage to the hearing aid. Those not using hearing aids will be provided with a device that requires earbuds or headphones (Williams Sound Receiver Pack R37). Please feel free to provide your own or use earbuds provided by the theater. If you would like to use our listening enhancement devices, please contact an usher and let them know if you are using a hearing aid.
