There is a separate entrance for wheelchair users. The venue's website says: An elevator is located in the tunnel by the concession stand for access to the pavilion at the top of our seating sections. For access to the Community Room inside the amphitheater building, an elevator and steps are located to the right of the office lobby.
There are 4 designed accessible seating areas. The view to the stage is really good, but at times because of the people in front of you, it is difficult to see.
The staff will provide a padded folding chair.
The venue's website says: Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. They are available at the Box Office for most events. Please be prepared to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a security deposit. Certain events may have the devices available in a different location. Call (502) 368-5865 for information.
The venue's website also says: Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide family restrooms in the tunnel area. One family restroom is located in each side of the tunnel.
