When you buy tickets, the venue sends an email with information on where to buy a parking spot. The parking facilities are very easy to navigate.

To move easily through the stadium, you can use various escalators. Depending on your entrance, these go to the first or second ring.

Lifts are available for visitors with reduced mobility or are using a wheelchair. The lifts go up to the highest level. They can be found at Main entrance E and the goal side entrances B and H.

The accessible seating is pretty good. It can sometimes be put all the way in the back for some concerts or on the second floor, but most of the time it's on the floor on the left side of the stage. The staff are very strict about not letting wheelchairs on the floor, so you are obligated to buy the accessible seating if you come to this stadium.

On the platform behind the North side goal there are special seats with a radio connection.
