Mercy Lounge
Address: 1 Cannery Row, Nashville, TN, USA
There is a parking lot directly in front of the venue that is free but has no accessible parking spots. The accessible parking spots for the building are slightly down the driveway from the venue but are also free. There is also a paid lot by the entrance of the venue but that lot does not include accessible parking either.
The venue requests that disabled patrons contact the venue ahead of the show they plan to attend so staff can ensure that they are let into the venue first and can be let in ahead of the line to get situated inside. They request that attendees contact them so they can let security know to expect them and allow them to jump the line.
Mercy Lounge is on the second floor. There is a ramp to get into the building outside and then there is an elevator to get to the second floor.
They create accessible viewing areas on a show to show basis. These areas are most often in front of the barricade or side stage.
They provide seating for anyone who requests it. They ask that if someone needs a seat that they contact us in advance but they can also make day of show accommodations.
There are no accommodations at this time but it is something that they are exploring.
