Accessible Seating Area Details

"When I attended a free promotional concert here, my most recent visit in October 2019, the balcony was completely closed off. When I asked about ADA seating I was given a barstool in the back of the venue space to sit. The view was fine, sound was good. Just annoying that a bar stool (without a back) was all they had to offer. It was not blocked off from other fans."

There is a balcony that is accessed by stairs and elevator. There is seating and standing space there. Not sure about any other restrictions.

Seating: Yes, there's seating available for those who need it

Additional Comments:

Per the Bowery Presents website, which manages ticketing for events at Rough Trade NYC: "When you arrive at the venue, please alert security at the entrance who will make sure you are taken care of. We suggest you arrive when doors open (door times are listed on each event page), but will accommodate requests at the venue at any time. If you have additional questions in advance of your visit, please contact info@bowerypresents.com."

"In my experience, Bowery Presents venues are pretty bad at accessibility! So take this all with a grain of salt. Brace yourself to be disappointed."
