Not sure if disabled patrons are allowed to jump the line, however, the VFW is a frequented spot for veterans with disabilities.

There's a space with barstools which isn't entirely accessible, however, in a separate room (where live bands play) there is also a bar space with plenty of open floorspace and seating.
