It is a blocked off area with chairs for only ADA. Go to box office or talk to security to get a wristband to enter the section. Depending on what stage your show is on, the ADA section is raised for better viewing.

Balcony Details:

For the Downstairs stage, there is a mezzanine that is accessible by the elevator. The upstairs room does not have a balcony.
