There is a blocked off area if you call ahead and ask. Otherwise you are on your own. It's not a well-monitored area and if you leave the spot and come back people will likely be crowding the area creating a serious safety hazard if other show attendees disrespect the space.
No elevator and 2 stairs. Seating is all around balcony

Venue website says: "if you need an assistive listening device, please contact the box office at 617-562-8801 at least 2 days in advance and bring a credit card for deposit while the device is being used." It doesn't say anything about ASL interpreters.
