There is limited street parking available in the area surrounding Kings Theatre. The public parking lot located behind Kings Theatre (Tilden Ave between Flatbush Ave and Bedford Ave) is now re-opened and available for first-come, first-serve parking through midnight (please note that this lot is independent of the theatre so the Kings is not liable for vehicles in this lot).
The venue strongly encourages patrons to take public transportation or Taxi/Uber/Lyft (accessible drop off points in front of the theater) when visiting Kings Theatre. Visit the MTA site for directions or to inquire about Access-a-Ride.
The nearest subway stations to Kings Theatre include the Q at Beverly Road (not an accessible station); and the 2/5 at Beverly Road (not an accessible station). Although a bit further, the 2/5 at Church Av is an accessible station.
Nearest MTA Bus Routes to Flatbush Ave: B103, B41, B49, and BM2.
Bag Policy: Bags must be 18”x14”x9” or smaller to be permitted into the building. Oversized bags including hiking backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the Theatre. All bags will be thoroughly searched by our security team upon check in.

Stairs – Other/Details:
It is flat to get inside the venue and into the main show space. There are ramps located inside the main show space to get to each row.
There is an upper level for seating that requires stairs to get up to. There is also a lower-level bar area that requires stairs to use.
Due to the historic nature of the theatre, there are unfortunately no elevators.

Shows at Kings can be all seated or a mix of seated and standing (this is noted on the ticketing page). Shows that include a General Admission pit are for standing room-only. A majority of seats in the theatre will remain while the first 16 rows will be removed for the pit.
For seated shows, all seats will remain in place.
For mobility device users, accessible seats will be on the sides of the theatre on the main level. The entire theatre is angled to provide optimal views of the stage from all directions.
Balcony Details:
There is a fully seated balcony section available for reserved seating. Due to the historic nature of the theatre, there is no elevator access to the balcony. Additional restrooms are also available via the balcony.

Seats are available throughout the theatre for purchase.
Individual plush stadium-style seats are available.
For General Admission pit show shows, a majority of the seats are available. There will be a standing section closer to the stage.
Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:
Assistive Listening Devices are available for deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons at no charge. Please see a Guest Service Usher, Supervisor or visit the Guest Services Center upon your arrival to arrange for the use of an Assistive Listening Device.
Captioning Services are available for select events. When captioning is available, venue announcements and emergency announcements made on the Public Address System will be captioned. This mobile-based system allows any guest with a Smart Phone or tablet to view real-time announcements broadcasted in the venue on their phone/tablet. If you have the need for captioning services, please contact the venue at [email protected] at least one week prior to the event with your request.

ADA restrooms are located on the main floor just off the lobby. Signage and staff are available to guide patrons.
Restrooms are also available via the balcony and lower level, but do require the use of stairs.
