There is a huge lot surrounding the venue; accessible parking is located near the East Gate.
Jump the Line – Other:
Usually there’s an ADA line at the gates, but that doesn’t always pan out depending on staffing for that day and it can be hard to get disabled patrons to the front once the line is backed up. However, if you’re there when the gates open you will likely be allowed in first.
Stairs: Yes, there are stairs, but there’s a ramp
Stairs – Other/Details:
It’s an outdoor amphitheater, so everything is on a hill, but pretty much all parts of the venue are TECHNICALLY accessible. The only areas that really aren’t are the upper-middle sections of seats (5-8) because there are only stairs at the tops and bottoms of those aisles. The side and lower sections (1-3, 4, and 9) have ramps leading to them, however. If you have trouble getting up and down the hills, venue staff will happily assist you. Guest services also provides wheelchair transports for those who have difficulty walking.
Is There A Designated Accessible Seating Area? Yes, there’s an accessible seating area
Accessible Seating Area Details
There are designated ADA sections in both the reserved seating area and the lawn. You can pre-purchase tickets specifically for those sections, or speak to guest services about exchanging for them day of show. That said, occasionally the ADA sections do fill up, so pre-purchasing those tickets is recommended.
Seating: Yes, there’s seating available for those who need it
Seating-Other/Details:
There are about 7,000-8,000 tickets available in the reserved seating. Chairs are also provided in the designated ADA sections. Finally, if you are in the lawn and do not wish to move to an ADA section, you can bring or rent a beach-style lawn chair.

They have an ADA platform for people with mobility disabilities. It’s two-tiered with clear sight lines to the stage. It has its own accessible porta-potty, water station, garbage, and recycling. There are entrance/exit ramps on each tier and a ramp between them too. Despite their policy, they’re usually flexible with allowing companions on the platform even if they don’t have an ADA ticket so long as they enter through the ADA entrance with you to get a wristband. There is an ADA overflow area at the back of the lawn too that sits back a bit from the rest of the crowd for better viewing clearance.
Their website says: Patrons with mobility disability tickets are available for patrons with mobility disability needs and up to three (3) companions. Companions must purchase Patrons w/mobility disability tickets as well. Patrons w/mobility disability tickets will be required to access the specially marked section. Capacity in this section is limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance at etix or at any McMenamins ticket outlet.

Quiet sensory space available.
Staff trained in accessibility.
To access food, drinks, merch, etc. there are paved paths throughout the venue, but typically the tents are off the path on either gravel or bark chips. The bark chips are more easily accessible whereas mobility devices will easily get stuck in the loose gravel. Also, they almost always have the line stanchions too close to the cashiers’ tables which make it extremely difficult to exit after you’ve paid or gotten your food or drink, even if you don’t use a mobility device it’s a tight squeeze.
