Big Night Live

This Information Is Current As Of: 12/21/21
Phone Number: 617-896-5222
Venue Email: info@bignightlive.com
Parking & Transportation:

Right above North Station. MBTA access. Very little street parking.

Jump the Line: Yes, disabled patrons are allowed in first, but not early
Jump the Line – Other:

Venue seems untrained on how to handle those with disabilities.

Stairs: Yes, there are stairs and no other way inside
Stairs – Other/Details:

No easily accessible elevator within the venue- since we are by north station I assume one would have to come in through one of the stores/neighboring businesses.

Is There A Designated Accessible Seating Area? No, there's not an accessible seating area
Accessible Seating Area Details

Security will either offer a chair or send you to a booth. When called, the box office said ADA seating was for wheelchair users only- this is untrue. View from the non booth areas was not great.

Balcony Details:

There is a balcony that appears to be steps only, and not open for use by patrons.

Seating: Yes, there's seating available for those who need it
Seating-Other/Details:

Seating offered is in booths. These booths are lifted so a wheelchair user could not access them. Additionally, the standing room section is down 3 steps.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

Unsure.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
Restrooms – Other/Details:

There are two “accessible” stalls- one of them has no bars to assist wheelchair users but is larger in size.

Additional Comments:

It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening. Please contact the Box Office (617-896-5223) for tickets or more information.
