Parking & Transportation:

There is a parking lot directly in front of the venue that is free but has no accessible parking spots. The accessible parking spots for the building are slightly down the driveway from the venue but are also free. There is also a paid lot by the entrance of the venue but that lot does not include accessible parking either.

Jump the Line – Other:

The venue requests that disabled patrons contact the venue ahead of the show they plan to attend so staff can ensure that they are let into the venue first and can be let in ahead of the line to get situated inside. They request that attendees contact them so they can let their security know to expect them and allow them to jump the line.

Stairs – Other/Details:

There is a ramp to get into the venue and Cannery Ballroom is on the ground floor.

Accessible Seating Area Details

They will create this area when contacted about the need for the area. The designated area is stage left or side stage depending on the show and number of tickets sold. The view from stage left is unobstructed and the view from side stage is usually unobstructed.

Seating-Other/Details:

They request that attendees let us know if they'll be needing a chair ahead of the show they're attending or when they arrive. Accommodations can be made as necessary throughout the night though.
