Parking lot is adjacent to the venue. They do have accessible parking available in the parking lot. Upon arrival, show your ADA placard and they will direct you. It will be the lot closest to the Entrance.

Jump the Line – Other:

ADA may use the VIP line to skip the line.

Accessible Seating Area Details

Accessible seating is adjacent to FOH Sound Board. There is an elevated platform for viewing accessibility. They can provide a chair if requested.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

They offer assisted hearing devices and can provide an ASL interpreter if they have advance notice. They do advise that Deaf and Hard of Hearing patrons who will use assisted hearing devices or request an ASL interpreter call the box office so they can seat you in the best location for the device signals to work properly or give the best view to the interpreter. Assistive Listening Devices - bluetooth. Location to request: Box Office.

Restrooms – Other/Details:

Gender neutral / family restroom is located in City National Bank Crystal Lounge. ADA porta johns are located on South perimeter of the venue space. There is also an ADA porta john located near the line queues.

Additional Comments:

Medical bag and snacks are permitted. Personal chairs are not permitted.

Ear plugs for sale at box office or general store for $2.

Water available at refill stations.

Emergency exits: Pathway will egress at Emergency Exit North 1.

For quiet or sensory safe space, connect with medical staff.

For access to power outlets connect with medical staff.
