There are a few nearby parking lots. The venue entrance is right on the street, so drop offs should be manageable (post-concert pickups may not be as efficient). The venue suggests Crown Street parking garage located right across the street from the venue for accessible parking and an elevator. Another option is the Shops at Yale Parking lot, located at 255 Crown Street right around the corner from the venue.

ADA areas are located both in the rear and front of the orchestra. The rear orchestra ADA section is at the front of a raised platform offering unobstructed sightlines. The pit is accessible by aisles down the left & right of the orchestra. For fully seated shows, the venue has ADA seating available in both the Gold Circle section as well as in Section 109. The Loge and Balcony are only accessible by stairs, as the venue does not have an elevator.

The balcony is only accessible via stairs, no elevator access. The seats are also pretty cramped, which may pose issues for a walker or any bulky walking aids.
