Crystal Ballroom & Lola’s Room
There are numerous lots and garages nearby (+/- 2 blocks) with ground level or elevator access, but the venue does not have any. The building is situated on a very steep hill with uneven sidewalks surrounding it.
There is an elevator that goes to the 2nd floor where Lola's Room is located, then there's a ramp to enter that show space. The restrooms are also on this level. The elevator also goes to the third floor which is the Crystal Ballroom. It does not go to the balcony.
For the Crystal Ballroom, they do not have a designated permanent space onsite, but make accommodations based on individual requests, including reserved balcony seating and space in the front of the room with a view of the stage. If you're 21+ you'll be in the VIP area which is separated from most people and generally safer. There is a black curtain barrier to see over if you're at sitting height you'd need to be a few feet back from it to see over it and then it's a great view. If you're under 21, the venue will likely put you right in front of that barricade between the 21+ and all ages sections.
For Lola's Room: there's usually space side stage
Stairs to the 21+ balcony for the Crystal.
Restaurant style seating available in Lola's Room and folding chairs available in the Crystal.
Restrooms are located on the second floor via stairs or elevator. Stalls could be a tight fit for those with larger wheelchairs.
Staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience and are where you want to be.
