All ADA parking spaces at the stadium are restricted to guests possessing and displaying valid state-issued ADA parking placards or vehicle registrations. Violators will be ticketed and fined. On a first-come, first-served basis, guests may purchase ADA parking permits in lots D, G or L on event day. Credit card only.

All ADA wheelchair spaces in Empower Field at Mile High are accessible by elevator, escalator or ramps. ADA compliant ramps to all stadium levels are located in all four corners of the stadium. Any guest seated in Sections 316 through 330 should utilize the ramps adjacent to Gates 4 and 5 only.

ADA seating is available on all levels and in every price range in Empower Field at Mile High for Suites, United Club Level, and Reserved Seating.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

Empower Field at Mile High has public pay telephones, text telephones and pay telephones equipped with a shelf and electrical outlet, all of which are accessible for patrons with disabilities. Amplified telephones including hearing aid compatible telephones are located with the banks of public pay telephones. The Stadium sound system includes an FM assistive listening system for patrons with partial hearing loss. Assistive listening devices are available for checkout at each of the Guest Relations Desks. A photo I.D. will be required at the time of checkout.

ADA compliant family restrooms are located adjacent to most Guest Relations Centers on each stadium level.

Service Animals Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or 'service animals' are permitted inside Empower Field. The patron is responsible for the actions and for meeting all needs of the 'service animal,' including clean up.
Power Outlets Electrical Outlets (ADA Power Stations) are available for recharging wheelchairs and other necessary equipment via multiple outlets located in the seating areas designated for patrons with disabilities. Please locate stadium personnel, game day/event staff, or an usher for assistance.
Green Room and Backstage Accessibility The media level and media workrooms are also accessible to guests with disabilities who have appropriate media credentials.
Additional Comments:

Closed captioning is available for guests who are deaf or hearing impaired via mobile phones. The mobile phones will transmit announcements made through the stadium's public address system.
