Parking & Transportation:

1. There is a one level surface lot next to the venue on the corner of 1st Ave and 4th St.
2. The Target Field parking ramps are the next best option. Ramps have accessible elevators to the street level.

Yes, there are stairs to get into the venue from the box office window, but there is a ramp to the right of the entrance.
There are stairs to the balcony level, but we also have an accessible elevator.

Accessible Seating Area Details

Yes, we do offer three accessible seating areas.

1. Reserved stools on the main floor next to the sound board with a straight on view of the stage. No viewing obstructions.
2. Reserved wheelchair space to the left of the stage. Side stage view with no obstructions.
3. Reserved wheelchair space on the balcony. Straight on view of the stage with no obstructions.

Please contact the office prior to the day of show to reserve a space in one of our accessible seating sections. The venue can be reached Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm by emailing info@first-avenue.com or calling 612.338.8388.

Balcony Details:

Yes, we do have a balcony. There is an accessible elevator to take patrons to this level. Tables are reserved for patrons who purchased the "Reserved Seated" tickets. General admission ticket holders may stand behind the table seats.

If a show is an All Ages event, the balcony is restricted to 21+ patrons only, and table seats are first come first serve.
