The venue’s website adds, “Patrons with severe disabilities who have purchased a single ticket to enter Electric Factory, may be accompanied by their paid Government-Funded Personal Care Attendant(s) (PCA) at no additional charge to enter Electric Factory. Any request for a complimentary ticket for a personal care attendant must be made at the time of purchase of the guests ticket and should be made through Electric Factory’s box office (215-627-1332.) The Personal Care attendant can pick up their ticket the night of the show at the box office, and must present his/her valid employment identification card or recent work pay stub.”
