Leading into the venue, there are multiple entrances through flat surfaced pathways, though there are some stairs on alternate pathways. Some flat surfaced pathways are on a steady but low incline. Each entrance into the theatre can accommodate those in wheelchairs, walkers are anyone finding stairs difficult or a hindrance. In the seating area, all rows are accessed through steps of various widths, heights and depths with the exception of the area's ADA row which is on the ground level. In the seating area's balcony, there are other ADA areas on the ground level accessed stair free utilizing the venue's elevator to the second floor. When purchasing tickets, if steps are of concern, one should ALWAYS inform the box office during seat selection as to secure seats that will accommodate the patron's needs.
Row G in the venue's seating area is the designated accessible seating area. There are a total of six spaces for wheelchairs, motorized scooters and other vehicles/devices designed to assist with accessibility. Row G is broken up into three sections. There are two spaces on house right near center, two spaces on each end of the center row and two spaces on house left near center. This row puts patrons approximately one to two feet below eye level with the performers at a distance of approx. 30-45 feet. The intention of these spaces is to accommodate those that will remain in that space as opposed to transferring to another seat.
In the balcony, Row N can accommodate two spaces - one space on extreme house right and the other on extreme house left.
All spaces can also be used for patrons requiring bariatric seating by way of portable bariatric benches available free of charge.
There is an elevator in the main lobby that takes you to house left of the venue's balcony section. This is a seated venue. There is tiered seating in the venue; based on the location of the seats, tickets may be of a different price.
All tickets are attached to a seat.
