There is Penn Station very close to the venue as well as some other subway stops around. There is a parking lot next to the venue but you have to pay a higher rate during events. There’s street parking starting 0.5 miles away but aren’t guaranteed and require movement

Bag Policy: Venue website says: “The Manhattan Center asks that all guests arrive early and travel light. All persons and bags are subject to search. Oversize bags are prohibited. We provide an area to check bags and other personal belongings.”

Jump the Line: No, disabled patrons are not allowed in first or early

No separate line for disabled guests. Have to wait entire line.

Reentry Policy: Venue website says: “For most events at Manhattan Center, all exits are final, even for guests who smoke. Guests are not permitted to leave an event then re-enter the same event. However, on rare occasions this policy may differ and will be printed directly on the ticket.”

Stairs: Yes, there are stairs and no other way inside

Stairs up to balcony (which is where accessibility seats are). One ramp to get into the venue.

Yes, but it is in the back of everyone else on the balcony so you are already further back. Person told us any seating here you could sit in in Balcony 1. Not the greatest seat. Also no elevators up to it.

Balcony Details:

Yes, that’s the ADA section (balcony 1). No noticeable elevator that we were directed to. Same price.

Seating: Yes, there’s seating available for those who need it

Seating-Other/Details:

Just regular four legged movable chairs with a thin padding. Everyone in balcony 1 sits in these.

Restrooms: Yes, there’s an accessible stall in the male gender/women gender restrooms

Restrooms – Other/Details:

Accessible stall but no way to get to bathroom without going through stairs.
