There are parking lots and garages all around venue.
There is an elevator to the second floor where there is a VIP area.
The accessible seating is to the left of the stage. It is blocked off. There is room in the back that isn't as crowded and has a pretty decent view. Their website says: For accessible seating, please call (502) 583-4555 #1 from the menu.
There is also an upstairs that is open to look down on the stage, but the railing hinders the view slightly. And lastly, the VIP seating has space for wheelchairs. The elevator is small, fitting a wheelchair and up to 2-3 people.
The VIP/premium seating needs a ticket to sit there. Their website indicates that ADA seating is first-come first-serve, and to just let staff know your needs when you arrive.
