Parking & Transportation: Note: Park at your own risk. Obey any local parking signage. Check with the venue for the most up to date information.

Ample street parking and paid lots (Chicago Cubs home games may affect pricing and availability). Approximately 10 minute walk from Addison Red Line stop, less than one block from 22 Clark bus stop.

Jump the Line: Yes, disabled patrons are allowed in first, but not early

Jump the Line – Other:

Those that need assistance up the stairs or need more time getting up them are let in first right before or around 5 or so minutes before doors.

Stairs: Yes, there are stairs and no other way inside

Stairs – Other/Details:

If you are in a wheelchair and cannot navigate stairs, security carries you. ADA section is on balcony level but the venue will work to accommodate a safe spot on the floor (2nd level).

Accessible Seating Area Details

There really is nowhere that’s easy and safe for wheelchair users without having to be carried up to the balcony. It’s an option for people who are okay with stairs, just call ahead and let the venue know your needs.

Balcony Details:

There is a balcony but it’s up another set of stairs.

Seating: Unsure if there’s seating available for those who need it

Restrooms: Unsure if there are accessible restrooms

Restrooms – Other/Details:

The men’s bathroom is on the second floor and the women’s is on the third only accessible by stairs. I am unsure if there is an accessible stall

Additional Comments:

Their website suggests emailing ahead of time with what accommodations you need, but that accommodations can also be made by the manager on the night of the show.
