Go to the double doors in the middle of the entrance to the venue, and ask for management to escort you in.
There are no stairs to get into the venue. To access the main floor, stay to the left side of the venue to use the ramp.
Venue said: We have two designated accessible seating areas. ADA specific tickets are required for each section.
1. General Admission ADA - There is a platform on the general admission floor that is wheelchair accessible. The section is roped off, and includes chairs for companions or disabled patrons who do not use a wheelchair. View is straight on to the stage with no obstructions.
2. Loge ADA - There is an ADA section in the Loge at the Theatre. The Loge is the first section of the balcony. This section includes space for wheelchairs and chairs for companions or disabled patrons who do not use a wheelchair. The Loge is accessible by elevator. View is a slight side view of the stage with no obstructions.

Venue said: We do have a balcony. The "Balcony" tickets specifically are only accessible by stairs, but we do have an elevator to take patrons to the lower balcony and Loge section.
Venue said: Yes, we will secure ASL interpreters for our shows upon request. Please contact the office at least 2 weeks prior to the day of show to request interpreters. The venue can be reached Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm by emailing info@palacestpaul.com or calling 612.338.8388.
