Rams Head Live!
Address: 20 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202
There is an attached parking garage with an elevator and disabled parking spots.
They allowed entry before doors opening.
Venue has multiple entries. The main entry is through power plant district. Fans will enter the main doors into the box office hallway and be directed to an entry door where they will be screened by security and have tickets scanned. Any patrons w ADA needs will be helped to the appropriate places around the venue. There are stairs to go up to the second level, however patrons with ADA needs will be taken up via an elevator in the main box office hallway. There is an entrance on the back side (Frederic street). This venue door also goes into the main hallway where patrons will be guided to the security screening and ticket scanning areas.
There are two designated ADA seating areas: one is up on the balcony (venue staff will escort you to the external elevator and bring you to the space) - great view of the stage. One is stage left, but there appeared to be a pillar in the way, so I have chosen to sit on the balcony.
Venue said: Nancy Bittner ( NBittner@bowerypresents.com ) handles all of our ADA requests. It helps when we get the requests ahead of time which allows Nancy to find the appropriate spaces and areas for those guests. Normally those ADA areas will be blocked off and specific only to ADA guests and their patrons with a great view of the stage. Those areas at times are side stage left or upstairs along the railings (which again Nancy will help with requests and any patrons who need to go upstairs will be assisted up the elevator).
Elevator to the balcony, requires staff escort. The bathroom on the balcony is *not* wheelchair accessible. There is a disabled stall, but there are two steps from the level of the balcony to the level of the restroom. If you have to go to the bathroom downstairs, a staff member will escort you back down the elevator and then back up when you are finished.
They have tall barstools with backs.
As mentioned above - balcony bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Two steps up from the balcony level. Floor-level bathrooms are accessible, with disabled stall.
