Parking & Transportation:

There is ample parking behind the venue and all along Chartiers Ave in front of the venue.

Security is always posted at the front of the line. Just walk to the front and security will help you in the building.

Stairs: Yes, there are stairs, but there's an elevator
Stairs – Other/Details:

The entrance to the front of the venue is flat, then to get to the bathrooms, main floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor you can take the elevator.

Is There A Designated Accessible Seating Area? Yes, there's an accessible seating area
Accessible Seating Area Details

There are two designated accessible seating areas. The first is on the main general admission floor and the second is on the third floor. You must purchase an ADA specific ticket for these seats. Both have direct views of the stage and are directly behind a railing.

Balcony Details:

The balcony is not ADA accessible. There are two stair cases from the second floor to the balcony. The balcony is seated and is a specific ticket.

Seating: Yes, there's seating available for those who need it
Seating-Other/Details:

For those who need seating, they have folding chairs. You can ask anyone from the security team for a folding chair.

Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

The security team or any of the staff can escort Deaf or Hard of Hearing patrons to their seats. They will also provide them with a chair if they did not purchase a balcony seat.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms Yes, there's a single family/accessible/gender neutral restroom
Restrooms – Other/Details:

There is a family restroom in the basement, there are also handicap stalls on floors: basement, 2nd and 3rd.
