Address: 279 Tremont Street, Boston, MA, USA
From their website: "Our venue is surrounded by private parking lots that charge anywhere from $10 – $30, depending on what else is going on in the city. Directly across from us is Tufts Parking Garage, or next to the Courtyard Marriott is an outdoor parking lot."
There is an elevator to the main space where the stage is, however there are only stairs to get to the balcony which has seating options available.
Venue said there is one on the floor. Based on someone's experience: There are a few red couches on the left side of the venue. The couches were behind ropes and staff were on top of who was allowed to sit there and who wasn’t. The only negative for some is that the couches were on risers. Though this made it easier to see the stage, it may be hard for some people to get onto the couches (the risers were probably 3-4 inches).
From their website: "Persons with Disabilities: Mobility disability – Please call the venue at 617-338-7699 ext 211 or 210 with at least 2 days notice. Although we do not have a designated ADA area we will be happy to arrange a place for you to sit. Unfortunately, our balcony seating does not have elevator access or designated bathrooms. Our bathrooms are located on the first floor."
The balcony has extra stairs to get down to each booth, too.

The only bathrooms are on the main level of the venue, and they are the only ones that are accessible.
