Venue says: Our venues meet ADA guidelines, and there are ramps throughout both venues. If you are a person with a permanent disability and have not yet purchased an accessible ticket, you may do so in advance by visiting either of our box offices or online at www.ShowboxOnline.com. If you have purchased another ticket type, please email questions@showboxonline.com to exchange your tickets with ADA tickets. Please remember, like all tickets, ADA tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require further ADA accommodations beyond accessible seating, please notify the venue at least two weeks prior to the event. If you are not covered by ADA but would still like to make arrangements for an event, please email us at least three business days (Monday through Friday) before the event at questions@showboxonline.com. Due to limited space we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate patrons other than those holding an accessible ticket.
