ADA guests will be able to jump the line. It is best if they’re able to arrive about 5-10 minutes predoors so they won’t have to fight a crowd getting inside. If they arrive post doors security can escort them to the ADA section.

Stairs – Other/Details:

They have two different sets of stairs and one ramp outside of the venue. Inside they have stairs up to the balcony, and two slightly higher tiers on house left and house right (4 steps on each side). There are also about 6 steps to get up to the Moon Room stage to purchase merch.

It is best to call the venue in advance so they can have this set up pre-doors. If you're are able to walk up the few stairs on house left/right they can seat you at a table. If not they can rope off an ADA section on the floor in front/next to front of house.

Balcony Details:

Available for seated and standing room. There is a bar on the house left corner. Typically this is an upsell available to purchase day of show at the venue.
