Stairs: No, it's all flat to get inside and to the show space
Is There A Designated Accessible Seating Area? Yes, there's an accessible seating area
Accessible Seating Area Details

It is a small area directly next to the stage that is blocked off by barricades, security will escort you to the area and no one is allowed in there except people with disabilities and people with them.

Balcony Details:

There is a balcony but to our knowledge only has stairs to get to and is significantly more expensive, it is marketed as a "VIP" section, so tickets for that section cost way more than GA.

Seating-Other/Details:

There are bar stools but we're unaware if there are regular chairs.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
