Manager approached us in line to skip the line, but they only let you in at the same time as everyone else, just in front of everyone.

Stairs: Yes, there are stairs and no other way inside

Absolutely no ramps, to get from street into venue. There is no easy way to the sidewalk either.

Accessible Seating Area Details

Accessible seating area was up three flights of stairs, on the balcony, with no accessible way to get up there.

Balcony Details:

Balcony had all stairs to access it. There is also empty room to the side available to disabled individuals with mobility aids.

Seating: Yes, there's seating available for those who need it
Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

Unsure of availability.

Restrooms: Yes, there's a single family/accessible/gender neutral restroom Unsure if there are accessible restrooms
Restrooms – Other/Details:

"I was offered an accessible bathroom by a security guard, but it was not labelled and you need a key and permission to use it. Unsure if it was fully ADA accessible with bars/handles though."

Additional Comments:

"Tons of moshing in the pit with no safety plan in place for disabled individuals nor warning. I was completely pushed around with my rollator. When I had to leave during a medical emergency they had no plan, continuously brought me to inaccessible places."
