Balcony Details:

There is a second floor balcony accessible via stairs, there is an elevator to bring folks to the second floor. To access the elevator, you need to leave the venue and use the building next-door’s elevator. The right side balcony has a few tables and chairs that are used for ADA and VIP seating. You will need to climb 4 stairs to get to the ADA seating. Folks in wheelchairs, with walkers, etc would need assistance to the balcony.

Seating-Other/Details:

There is a small seated area on the second floor balcony, with 3 to 4 tables and chairs. Unsure if there is other specific seating for disabled folks.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
Restrooms – Other/Details:

Sign on restroom door: "If you're using this restroom and you think a person's gender doesn't match the sign on the door, follow these steps: Don't worry about it, they know better than you."

Additional Comments:

There are stairs that lead up to the floor and stage, but the venue has a ramp on one side of the room underneath the left balcony and also a chair lift next to the stairs. Generally, staff is very nice and helpful towards guests if someone needs help.
