Balcony Details:

There is a second floor balcony accessible via stairs, unsure if there is an elevator to get up there. It is mostly standing with a small area to the right of the stage that has 3 to 4 tables and chairs which is sometimes roped off as a VIP area depending on the event. The balcony has a standing section of risers above the soundboard and the standing room on stage left has a riser for standing as well.

There is a small seated area on the second floor balcony, with 3 to 4 tables and chairs. Unsure if there is other specific seating for disabled folks.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
Restrooms – Other/Details:

Sign on restroom door: "If you're using this restroom and you think a person's gender doesn't match the sign on the door, follow these steps: Don't worry about it, they know better than you."

Additional Comments:

There are stairs that lead up to the floor and stage, but the venue has a ramp on one side of the room underneath the left balcony and also a chair lift next to the stairs. Generally, staff is very nice and helpful towards guests if someone needs help.
