Street parking is free after 7, and there are accessible spots on the street. There's a parking garage around the corner that is not operated by The Wellmont (not sure about the accessibility there).

There's a ramp to the ground floor and sections on that floor to accommodate people with limited mobility, but there are no elevators to the balcony.

The layout of the venue is rearranged per show. Sometimes it's fill reserve seating, and sometimes it's GA standing room. Regardless, there is always a disability accessible section in the Premiere section of the theater, which is on the first level slightly elevated off the floor. For reserve seating situation, there's also a level on the floor in the orchestra section.

Balcony Details:

There's no elevator up to the balcony, and it's all seated.

Most of the restrooms are upstairs but there ARE restrooms on the first floor, hassle a security guy until they let you in. They're next to the bar in the lobby.
