Street Parking Only. There is no venue parking, encourages everyone to utilize public transportation/taxi/lyft/etc.

The venue can be a step-free experience for those who need it to be. When you get to the venue, speak to security at the door if you need to use the elevator. The elevator is only operational when there is a member of staff present, so if you need to get from one floor to the other make sure you speak to a member of staff.

Staff will take you up to the designated ADA section on the main floor (2nd floor of the venue) that has ample space, folding chairs, and a barricade to keep the GA pit from crashing into you. ADA Section is behind barricade on House Left/Stage Right Main Floor

Seating: Yes, there's seating available for those who need it
Accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Patrons:

ASL interpreters available upon request.

Restrooms: Yes, there's an accessible stall in the men's/women's restrooms
Restrooms – Other/Details:

The bathrooms are on the 1st and 3rd floors and have accessible stalls. The elevator is only operational when there is a member of staff present, so if you need to get from one floor to the other make sure you speak to a member of staff.

Additional Comments:

Sensory safety - There's not a designated sensory safe area but you can reach out to any of the venue or security staff during the show who will assist in getting you to a place where you feel safe and can catch your breath. The Ritz bar is often quiet during the show, but the laser lights can be overwhelming.

Coat check is located in The Ritz currently, so it's now accessible.
