For “L” Trains: From the Red line Line, exit at Lake street. From the Brown, Green, Pink, Orange, and Purple Line Express elevated lines, exit at State/Lake street. From the Blue line, exit at Washington and walk one block east on Washington and one and a half blocks north on State Street.

Based upon availability, you may be able to purchase up to three companion seats next to your wheelchair space. In addition, you may purchase tickets for additional guests in close proximity to our wheelchair sections. Please note, for events and/or specific seating sections where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per patron, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating.

As long as the event is near to sold out, there are concession stands on every floor. Currently, The Chicago Theatre does not sell cooked food. For individuals with limited mobility and visual or hearing impairments, concession stand personnel will provide extra assistance in completing your transaction, upon request.
The policy for taking food and drinks into the auditorium can vary from show to show; however, bottled water is always permitted. Please ask your bartender or an usher about the event’s policy. policy. Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the theatre. However, if you require water or liquid medication due to a disability, please contact the Disabled Services Department in advance for additional instructions.
Power Outlets
If you require seating adjacent to an electrical outlet to charge a ventilator or other disability-related device, please contact The Chicago Theatre’s Disabled Services Department at 888.609.7599 two business days prior to you event taking place so that appropriate accommodations may be made.

There are electrical outlets available in certain areas of The Chicago Theatre and lobby areas that can be used for power chairs, ventilators etc. Contact the Disabled Services Department in advance of the event for further assistance.
Guests requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact our Disabled Services Department as soon as possible but no later than three weeks prior to the show so that appropriate accommodations can be made. The KFC Yum! Center offers a multi-level garage parking under the facility, and more than 21,000 parking spaces are available within five blocks of the arena. This includes more than 19,000 spaces at parking garages and surface lots, and more than 2,200 on-street parking spaces. Disabled or elderly patrons that need an ADA accessible entrance may utilize the drop off area in front of the KFC Yum! Center on Main St. between Second and Third Streets. Galt House Hotel and the PARC-operated garage located at the KFC Yum! Center are the two parking facilities that allow for direct interior access to the KFC Yum! Center and are ADA accessible. Patrons parking at the Galt House garage will enter the venue through use of the Louie Link pedway system.
